Product Description
The GYS CUTTER 45 CT is a European made 45 Amp single Phase Plasma Cutter with a clean cutting capacity of 25 mm thick Steel, 15mm Aluminium.
The non HF (High Frequency) arcing system preserves and increases the lifetime of the consumables.
Designed to be used in difficult environments, it is strongly built and has a user friendly control panel.
MAXIMUM PRODUCTIVITY - Faster cutting speed than using oxy/fuel gas.
CUTS ALL METALS: Steel (mild, stainless, high tensile), Aluminium, Copper, etc.
Optimised cooling using the ventilation tunnel helps isolate the circuit boards from dust and swarf.
Replacement of consumables is fast & easy for maximum productivity.
Duty cycle is excellent, 41 Amps at 60 % (at 40°C).
HIGH-PERFORMANCE TORCH - Premium TECMO Plasma Torch (European made).
Premium cutting quality : the torch is air cooled offering a great arc stability for all types of work.
Consumables are compatible with Hypertherm®.
The Torch is designed to be shock and heat resistant.
Quick connect/disconnection of the torch, no tools required for transport or maintenance.
Easy to use trigger mechanism for added comfort.

Easy manual setting of the air pressure (4.1 - 6.5 bar : 59 - 94 psi) using the front panel LED Indicator.
HF-free ignition to prevent disturbances that could interfere with nearby electronic equipment.
Compatible with CNC kit for use with automatic cutting tables. This future proofs the Machine.
